Delivery FAQ

Average transit times to the United States: 7 – 20 Business days
Average transit times to International: 10 – 45 Business days
Some circumstances are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Note, it can take up to 7 days for shipping activity to update.

It’s on its way! As stated on your order status page, as well as in the shipping policies, most orders will arrive in multiple packages if ordering more than one item. We do this to offer you the cheapest prices and free or nearly free shipping on every order, even if it’s only a dollar! The rest of your order will arrive in due time, within the delivery time-frames!

We ship directly from our quality manufacturers and suppliers overseas in various warehouses to save you TONS of money on shipping costs internationally! They have access to very affordable shipping prices to every location across the globe, so we pass those savings on to you by shipping directly from them, and charging you nothing at all!

If you placed an order, you did receive an email – it’s automatic. If you’re not seeing it, it’s likely in your spam or junk folder, OR, you may have made a typo on your email address. If you think you made a typo when you checked out, just contact us via email and we will immediately correct it for you and resend your order confirmation. Rest assured that your order will be processed like normal whether you made a typo or not.

If you do not get your parcel within 60 days  (peak seasons like Halloween and Christmas might have more delays), we will refund you the full money. 100% guaranteed.

Yes, we do, starting from 10pcs for each item. We do bank transfers and offer Free Shipping, Great quality items! Please email [email protected] for further business cooperation! We are looking for local country dealers and we can send customers to your local store as well! Drop-Shipping is also available.

Pay FAQ

We accept Paypal and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCD are accessible to payment. Before you pay for your order, please make sure you have an available balance and check the information you typed (Common problems include incorrectly spelled names) . If everything seems to be correct, please contact your card issuer.

A PayPal account is an email address that is associated with your PayPal account. You can set up a PayPal account through PayPal.com if necessary.

Return FAQ

We accept returns and exchanges for 30 days after receipt! If you don’t like the item or it doesn’t fit, you can contact us to fill the form
and we will contact you to provide a return process. 100% of the item price will be refunded (except shipping charges) after we’ll receive items back to our storage.
